Q. What is the difference between a service and a repair?
A. The service process is preventative maintenance, recommended for all
audio devices after a few years, or sooner for those with heavy regular
use ( venue equipment ) If you've a vintage device that has never been serviced, the time is now. Set fees can be given for all service packages of modern devices. Vintage devices can be discussed by phone call.
The repair process is when there is a fault. An inspection is required
to diagnose a fault, and then provide the cost of repair. No work will be
done beyond the inspection time unless authorised by the owner.
